Fees
Last updated 3 November 2026
People who do the work pay nothing: a worker or a service provider receives the whole reward or service amount, and withdrawing earnings is free. Fees are paid by the side that hands out the work, and every fee is shown before you pay or post.
| Fee | Who pays | How much | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Platform fee on tasks | The publisher | 10% of the reward, on top of it | Set aside with the reward when the task is listed; kept only when the work is accepted |
| Platform fee on services | The buyer | 10% of the service amount, on top of it | Paid with the order; returned if the order does not go ahead |
| Payment gateway fee | Whoever tops up the deposit | 2% of the top-up plus ₹3 | Taken from the top-up by the payment gateway; not refundable |
| Deposit withdrawal fee | Whoever withdraws from the deposit | 1% of the amount withdrawn | Fixed when you ask for the withdrawal and taken from it |
| Earnings withdrawal | No one | Free | — |
How fees are worked out
- Fees include GST at 18%. Your statement shows how much of each fee is tax.
- Fees are rounded up to the next paisa. A task funded in several parts can therefore differ from a single calculation by a paisa.
- The platform fee on a task is returned to your deposit, with the reward, for every slot that is not used and every order that is cancelled. See Refunds and cancellations.
An example
A task for 5 people at ₹100 each needs ₹500 for the rewards and ₹50 for the platform fee, so ₹550 moves from the deposit into the task's pool when it is listed. To have ₹550 arrive in the deposit, you top up ₹565: the payment gateway keeps 2% of ₹565 plus ₹3, which is ₹14.30, and ₹550.70 arrives. Each of the 5 workers receives the full ₹100.
Limits
- A single top-up can be up to ₹10,00,000.
- The smallest deposit withdrawal is ₹100.
- Money you top up can be used for tasks and orders at once, and can be withdrawn from the deposit 7 days after it arrived.
- Topping up and withdrawing need a verified identity (KYC, or KYB for a business), and withdrawals go only to a verified bank account or UPI ID in your verified name.
