About Flexsetu

Flexsetu is a marketplace for work. People who have work to hand out post it, and people with time and skills take it on and get paid. The name joins flex, for flexible work, and setu, the Hindi word for a bridge.

Three ways to work

• Online tasks: work done from a phone or laptop, such as app testing, voice recording, translation and data work.
• Local tasks: work done in person in your city, at a set time and place.
• Service market: skills sold at a fixed price, such as design, software, scripts, AI video and AI model deployment.

The money is in before the work begins

A publisher tops up a deposit before posting. When a task passes our review, its whole reward moves from the deposit into the task's own pool, so the money for the work is already there when someone takes it. A service buyer pays in full when ordering. Every movement of money has a number that both sides can find in their statements. See Fees and Refunds and cancellations.

Safety and fairness

Every task and service is checked by our team before anyone can see it. Exact addresses stay private until Flexsetu allows them to be shared, people doing local work can add emergency contacts, and when the two sides of an order disagree, someone on our team looks at the evidence and decides.
