Terms of service
Last updated 3 November 2026
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and ROLL - ON MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, No. 42 & 43, First Floor, Rajiv Nagar, Varadharajapuram, Kancheepuram 600044 ("Flexsetu", "we" or "us"), which runs Flexsetu, the website flexsetu.com and the Flexsetu apps. By creating an account or using Flexsetu, you agree to these terms and to the pages they refer to: Privacy policy, Fees, Refunds and cancellations and Delivery policy.
We may change these terms. We will tell you about an important change in the app or by message at least N days before it takes effect; if you keep using Flexsetu after that, the new terms apply to you. These terms are written in English. If a translation differs, the English version applies.
2. What Flexsetu is
Flexsetu is a marketplace in India. Publishers post tasks, online or local, and workers take them on; providers list services and buyers order them. Each task order or service order is an agreement between its two sides. Flexsetu runs the platform: we review listings before they are shown, hold the money for the work through our payment partner, move it as described in these terms, and decide disputes when the two sides cannot agree. Workers and providers are independent. They are not employees or agents of Flexsetu, and Flexsetu does not employ them on behalf of publishers or buyers.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding contract under Indian law. We check your age when we verify your identity.
- You sign up with an Indian mobile number, as a person or as an organisation. The information you give us must be true, and you must keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- Before you top up, withdraw, or take some tasks, we verify your identity (KYC, or KYB for an organisation). Our team reviews the documents you send.
- Your nickname may not contain phone numbers, links or other contact details, and your picture is reviewed before others see it.
4. Posting tasks and listing services
- Describe the work honestly and completely: what must be done, how many people you need, the reward, the deadlines and the time you take to review, and for local tasks the time and place.
- Every task and service is reviewed by our team before it is shown. We may refuse it, ask you to change it, or take it down later if it breaks these terms or the law.
- The money comes first. To list a task, your deposit must hold the rewards and the platform fee; when the task is listed, they move into the task's own pool. A service buyer pays the whole amount and the fee when ordering.
- Review handed-in work fairly and before the review deadline. Work you do not accept or send back for changes in time is accepted and paid.
- For local tasks, others see only a point near the place. We give the exact address only to the worker you choose, when Flexsetu allows it.
- A provider accepts or declines an order within 24 hours, delivers within the delivery time on the listing, and makes the revisions the listing offers.
5. Taking work
- Take only work you can do, and do it as the task or order describes.
- Hand in your own work before the deadlines shown in the app.
- You decide how you do the work. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn, except tax we must deduct by law.
6. Money
- All amounts are in Indian rupees. Payments are collected, held and paid out through our payment partner, name to confirm.
- Your Flexsetu deposit holds money for tasks and orders. It is not a bank account or a wallet: it earns no interest and cannot be sent to another user.
- Fees are set out on the Fees page and shown before you pay. Refunds go to your deposit, as set out in Refunds and cancellations.
- Accepted work is held for 24 hours and then becomes withdrawable earnings. Money is paid only to a verified bank account or UPI ID in your verified name.
- We may hold money for longer while we look into a payment problem, a safety report, a dispute or a legal requirement.
- Every movement of money has a number that you can find in your statement. If you think a movement is wrong, tell us with its number.
7. Cancellations and disputes
Either side of an order can ask to cancel it, and the other side has 48 hours to answer; without an answer, or if you disagree, our team decides. A publisher or buyer who does not accept the work can open a dispute before the review deadline. Both sides then have 48 hours to add evidence, and someone on our team decides: the work is accepted and paid, or the order is cancelled and the money returned. Our decision settles the order on Flexsetu. It does not take away any right you have under the law, including complaining to our Grievance Officer.
8. What you may not do
On Flexsetu you may not:
- pay or ask to be paid outside Flexsetu, or share contact details or links to move work off Flexsetu;
- post or take work that fakes ratings, reviews, downloads, rankings, clicks or other numbers;

9. Safety in local work

10. Content and delivered work
- You keep the rights in what you post. You allow Flexsetu to store, show and review it so that we can run the service.
- Unless the task or the listing says otherwise, the rights in delivered work pass to the publisher or buyer once the work is accepted and paid. to confirm
- We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, including when we receive a valid complaint or order.
11. Restrictions and leaving
If you break these terms, we may stop your account from taking tasks, posting, withdrawing or settling, for a time or until a matter is resolved, and we may hold or remove a task. We will tell you why, and you can complain to our Grievance Officer. You can stop using Flexsetu at any time. You can close your account in Settings once no money is left in it and nothing is still open: it closes 15 days later, and signing in before then keeps it. Records the law requires us to keep, such as orders, money movements and disputes, are kept for 8 years after it closes.
12. Our responsibility
We work to keep Flexsetu running and fair, but we do not promise that it will always be available or that the work others post or deliver will meet your needs. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
13. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at city to confirm, Tamil Nadu, have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to our Grievance Officer so that we can try to put things right.
